One of the ways Heritage Prairie Farm specializes in completely original outdoor weddings is through our Farm-to-Table Cuisine. Throughout the planning process, we incorporate the Certified Organic produce from the fields as the seasons change. The farmers harvest produce weekly from our USDA Certified Organic Farm, which we incorporate into the personal taste of your menu.
Our experienced culinary team spends time with each individual couple to create a customized menu to reflect the uniqueness of your wedding and our special outdoor space.

The Heritage Prairie Farm culinary team creates, from scratch, each farm wedding dish. As a result, no matter the specific cuisine, family favorite recipe, or specialty plate you would like us to recreate, you can count on us to deliver.
​
Consequently, each Heritage Prairie Farm outdoor wedding includes custom dinner menu planning, full-service wait staff, butler-passed appetizers, family-style dinner service, coffee & tea station, complimentary cake cutting, and dessert display set-up.

Our open-air sailcloth tent is intentionally designed to bring the beauty of the surrounding prairie and gardens into your celebration. With its open sides and sweeping views of the farm, it creates the effortless indoor-outdoor atmosphere that so many of our couples fall in love with.

For couples planning a midsummer celebration who would prefer a climate-controlled reception, portable air conditioning can be added upon request. Our team will help you determine whether it’s the right choice for your celebration based on your wedding date, guest count, and anticipated weather conditions—allowing you to enjoy the natural beauty of an open-air setting while keeping your guests’ comfort in mind.
