All of our monthly farm dinners are tailored to the season and made fresh on the farm with the helping hands of our farm crew.
Our Chef carefully prepares each farm dinner menu by selecting the very best fresh ingredients from our Certified Organic Farm. We serve our monthly farm dinners family-style as you take in the many beautiful surroundings—many of which created your farm-to-table dinner!
Our monthly farm dinners celebrate the seasonal themes happening on the farm —harvest moon, roots, and honey. But no matter the season, these very special evenings make a wonderful way to relax with friends and family.
NOTE: All Farm Dinners are 21 and over unless otherwise noted.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you accommodate special diets?
At Heritage Prairie Farm we do offer many gluten-free options as well as vegetarian meals. Please inform us of any vegetarian needs at the time of ticket purchase. The policy is clearly written on each event page. Please note that we are not an allergy-free kitchen. No outside food or drink is permitted on property.
When will I know the Farm Dinner menu?
Our menus are posted within the Farm Dinner description right away. Menus are created with seasonality in mind and as such are subject to change.
What happens in case of inclement weather?
Our monthly farm dinners take place rain or shine. Although we would love to have every farm dinner outside, in the event of inclement weather we will move the farm dinner inside our five peak century tent. It's all a part of the farm-to-table experience!
Are farm dinner tickets refundable?
Farm Dinner cancellations and transfers to another Farm Dinner must be made 10 business days prior to the Farm Dinner for a refund. Cancellations must be in written form and sent to info@heritageprairiefarm.com. Each Farm Dinner Product on our site clearly outlines the last date you are eligible to request a refund. Our Farm Dinners tend to sell out far in advance, so transfers are subject to availability. Friendsgiving is the final dinner of the season and as such, there are no transfers available for that date.
Can I purchase a farm dinner ticket as a gift?
Farm Dinner tickets may be purchased online any time, indicate the name of the party at checkout. Please call our office at 630-443-5989 if you would like to purchase a farm dinner gift certificate.
How do I pay for my farm dinner ticket?
You can purchase tickets online or over the phone. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Processing fee applies when paying by phone. Call 630-443-5989 for more information about payment options.
Is there a waitlist?
Once an event is sold out, no additional tickets will be sold. However, you can call our office to get put on our waitlist. Keep in mind, there is no guarantee you will get a spot.
Can I bring my own liquor?
Outside liquor is strictly permitted. All monthly farm dinners will have a bar on site with beer, wine, and specialty cocktails.
Who can attend?
All Farm Dinners, besides Mother's Day, are 21+.
When are the farm dinners?
Our seasonal farm dinners are held once every month from May – November. We also hold a specialty farm dinner in February for Valentine’s Day.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Enjoy a unique dining experience on the farm
When you join us for a Farm Dinner, you'll be experiencing outdoor dining with truly farm-to-table flavors directly from the fields.
Each dinner is themed around the seasons with specific details and menus listed on each event. For some, we partner with a local brewery or distillery, and others feature food stations & cocktails for a night of charitable giving.
There's a theme or setting for all to enjoy!
THROUGHOUT THE EVENT
Our Farm Dinners begin at 6 pm with butler-passed appetizers during cocktail hour. Weather permitting, we offer a farm tour where you can learn about our organic farming practices.
Dinner is seated at 7 and dishes are typically served coursed family-style for a social experience. Be sure to come hungry! Each menu features several courses of seasonally-inspired dishes made with ingredients from our fields & local partners.
