A monthly farm dinner menu will be posted at least 4 weeks prior to the dinner date. Menus are created with seasonality in mind and as such are subject to change.

Our monthly farm dinners take place rain or shine. Although we would love to have every farm dinner outside, in the event of inclement weather we will move the farm dinner inside our five peak century tent. It's all a part of the farm-to-table experience!

Farm Dinner cancellations and transfers to another Farm Dinner must be made 10 business days prior to the Farm Dinner for a refund. Cancellations must be in written form and sent to info@heritageprairiefarm.com. Each Farm Dinner Product on our site clearly outlines the amount of time you have to either cancel or transfer your Farm Dinner purchase. Our Farm Dinners tend to sell out far in advance, so transfers are subject to availability. Friendsgiving is the final dinner of the season and as such, there are no transfers available for that date.

We announce the next season's Farm Dinner dates around November and they tend to start selling out quickly once spring arrives, so save your seat as early as possible! These specialized dinners are only available once a month from May through November. Once they reach capacity, they are sold out. No. Due to our Kane County liquor license, we cannot allow for outside alcohol to be brought and consumed on the property. However, all monthly farm dinners will have a bar on site with beer, wine, and specialty cocktails.
