Roots & Wine Farm Dinner

Fall means root veggies. . . and wine! For the eighth year in a row, we are bringing back the Roots & Wine Farm Dinner. Our farm crew will serve up a bevy of fantastic wines with root inspired dishes from the farm. 

We recommend that all guests arrive promptly at 6PM to the Roots & Wine Farm Dinner. 

Open parking is available on site and an attendant is on duty to direct you. 

Check-in will be under the name of who purchased the tickets. No ticket sales available at entry.

After checking-in, guests are greeted with a complimentary welcome glass of wine. Butler-passed appetizers are served during cocktail hour. Wine Pairings are included in the ticket price. However, a Cash bar is available for beer & cocktails.

Throughout cocktail hour & dinner, enjoy live music from Gussied

At 6:30, meet in front of the white barn for a guided farm tour!

Then, after Cocktail Hour, guests sit for the Roots and Wine Farm Dinner at 7PM. Dinner is assigned seating at long family-style tables and courses are served in a family-style service with wine pairings. This event is seated in our events tent.

Please note that the Roots & Wine Farm Dinner is strictly for adults 21 and over.

The Roots & Wine Farm Dinner is on Thursday, October 12th at 6PM. Tickets for the Roots & Wine Farm Dinner are $120 per person. Food, Wine, Tax, Gratuity are included.

SEATING

We accommodate seating parties up to 10 people together with one week's prior notice. While registering, please include the last name of the party you'd like to sit with if you plan to sit with a group who has also purchased tickets. 

VEGETARIAN FARM DINNERS 

If you would like a vegetarian alternative for this farm dinner, please specify the amount during the registration section of your order. Our kitchen is not an allergy-free facility and we cannot accomodate individual dietary requests. Menus are subject to change.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Farm Dinner Cancellations must be made 10 business days prior to the Farm Dinner for a refund. Cancellations must be in written form and sent to info@heritageprairiefarm.com. Tickets transfer to another 2023 dinner date if made 10 business days prior to the Farm Dinner. (Subject to availability.) Ticket resales not authorized. Heritage Prairie Farm will not issue a transfer or refund for the Roots & Wine Farm Dinner if made after Thursday, September 28th, 2023.
