Summertime and warmer weather encourages lighter fare, cook outs and entertaining. Are you tired of the same old red salsa and chips that has become a standard appetizer? We will brighten up your taste buds and BBQs with a cheery pineapple salsa. Great on chips, tacos or roasted fish.
You will learn the basics of hot water bath canning and proper preparation of fruits and veggies for preserving this summer favorite.
We will be chopping and slicing, so please bring an apron, knife and cutting board
