What are they?
Microgreens are the edible young seedlings of of immature plants, harvested at 7-14 days after germination. Typically ranging in size from 1-3 inches tall, microgreens are older than sprouts and much younger than petite or baby greens. They are a flavorful and nutritious addition to soups, salads, breakfast, smoothies, sandwiches, and just about any dish you can imagine.
Quality & Expertise
Heritage Prairie Farm has been growing USDA Certified Organic microgreens for over ten years in our greenhouse, bringing a superior level of expertise and quality to our products. Our microgreens are grown with sunlight in organic soil and harvested by hand weekly.
Inside each Microgreens Subscription Box is one large (5 oz) clam of Healthy Mix, and a variety of three small (1.25 oz) clams. Boxes can be ordered monthly and subscribers will receive a weekly box of microgreens for pickup at our Farm Store, or delivery for $5 per week to select towns.

Heritage Prairie Farm is a USDA Certified Organic farm and all-inclusive wedding and events venue located just west of Geneva. We strive to continually give back to the community through sustainable farming practices as well as our events. We provide our organic produce and microgreens to city and local restaurants, and to the community through our Community Supported Agriculture program, farm store, and newly announced subscription boxes. Our all-inclusive weddings feature custom menus, a spacious events tent, and multiple ceremony locations set to the backdrop of Mother Nature.
