Brew Your Own Kombucha and Ginger Beer
Kombucha has made its way from a strange beverage to almost a cult following now. People need their daily dose of their “Buch” as they lovingly refer to this effervescent drink. But who can afford over $3 a bottle? You will learn to make your own “Continuous Brew” kombucha, along with many tasty variations, for only a fraction of the cost.
And if you are one who enjoys the new signature cocktails with Ginger Beer, I am sure you will enjoy learning to make your own concentrated version of this spicy beverage. Great for digestion and added energy.
Kombucha is a fermented tea which is believed to have originated thousands of years ago and was known in China as “Tea or Immortality.” It has been used in Eastern Europe, Russia and Japan for several centuries and in the past decade has become a staple in many Americans probiotic regimen.
My Jamaican Ginger Beer is made from fresh ground ginger, lime and pure cane sugar. Mine is non-alcoholic so safe for the entire family.
