Kombucha is a fermented tea which is believed to have originated thousands of years ago and was known in China as “Tea or Immortality.” It has been used in Eastern Europe, Russia, and Japan for several centuries and in the past decade has become a staple in many Americans probiotic regimen.
The Jamaican Ginger Beer recipe for this class is made from fresh ground ginger, lime, and pure cane sugar. It is non-alcoholic so safe for the entire family.
