Married at the Farm
Nicole & Nate
Nicole and Nate’s June wedding was filled with rustic details, amazing food, and their love for the cubs. We couldn’t wait to see these awesome photos from Erin Hoyt Photography! She even took some pictures of everyone’s favorite bad kitty, Carl. Thanks, Erin! As usual, the day began with the girls getting ready in the HPF bridal loft.
After Nicole got ready in the bridal loft, she was escorted down the aisle by her parents. Nicole and Nate were married beneath the big tree on a beautiful summer day. They even included a touching knot-tying ceremony in their nuptials. Once the ceremony finished, guests enjoyed cocktail hour on the lawn with passed appetizers like ball jar corn elotes. Yum! Then, the bride and groom took photos in their favorite cubs gear.
Once the photos were done, guests entered into the five-peak century tent for the reception. Nicole and Nate sat at their own sweetheart table. The reception tables were set with mix-matched china, burlap runners, and wood slice centerpieces. Of course, the mix-matched china is a staple at Heritage Prairie Farm. But we love the addition of white flowers and greenery to the centerpieces. The couple also paired our HPF wood slice table numbers with the wood centerpieces. Throughout the evening, a funky folk band, Folk Yeah, played the night’s entertainment. They had everyone dancing during all the festivities! Be sure to check out those photos of the sweets table. Wow, we love all the variety.
