Married at the Farm
Jules & Adam
To begin, Jules and Adam were married at Heritage Prairie Farm for a mid-May wedding with all the perfect vintage decor. Just take a look at that cake topper! In comparison, the couple decided to keep things casual for their big day. The bride wore a short white dress and cowgirl boots. After their first look, they both took lots of photos around the farm. In addition, the even took some gorgeous shots around the Red Farm (just down the road from Heritage Prairie Farm).
Although there wasn’t an official ceremony at Heritage Prairie Farm, guests were still greeted with refreshments at the lemonade stand. Instead of the usual cocktails on the lawn, guests enjoyed cocktail hour in the barn. Also, there were lots of decorative pieces places around the barn for everyone to kick-back and relax.
One of our favorite decorative and fun parts of Jules & Adam’s wedding was the Cigar Bar! The couple transformed the goat house into their very own Cigar Bar with Whiskey. It was a huge hit! Then, once cocktail hour finished, guests into our five-peak century tent for the reception.
We have to say, the tent was beautifully decorated! Jules and Adam made use of our new cross-back chairs. Moreover, these chairs paired perfectly with the long tables decked out with tons of greenery! Adding to the lovely greens, the wood garden boxes made everything come together nicely. And for the bride and groom, special signs hanging from their chairs.
Of course, we couldn’t talk about the reception without talking about the food! Passed appetizers like sweet potato chips and salmon toasts were enjoyed by all. On top of that, the couple also incorporated a delicious mac and cheese into the dinner. Yum!
After dinner was finished, there were s’mores out by the bonfire. To end the evening, Jules and Adam’s first dance was just as fun as the couple’s personalities. And how could we not talk about the awesome band for the evening? Gussied arrived in style and played throughout the entire evening. Without a doubt, it was an awesome way to kick-off our weddings at Heritage Prairie Farm.
