Easter Egg Hunt at Heritage Prairie Farm

Celebrate Spring and all things Easter at Heritage Prairie Farm’s Annual Easter Egg Hunt. Our 2018 Easter Egg Hunt will take place on Saturday, March 31st. We will have a variety of children’s activities, farm animals, and fun for the whole family.

The Easter Egg Hunt begins PROMPTLY at 11AM on Saturday, March 31st. Like many Easter Egg Hunts, it’s a quick whirlwind, so be sure to be ready at 11AM. There are two eggs hunt sections for age groups. The first section is for children ages 5 and under. And the second section if for children 6 – 11. The sections will be clearly labeled and roped off. Heritage Prairie Farm Attendants will be on hand to assist with the event.

More Activities Around the Farm

Children’s story reader, Roxanna Tangen, will be hosting Children’s Storytime for the Easter Egg Hunt. She will be bringing a variety of children’s books for all ages. Some titles include The Beeman, The Little Red Hen, and A Farmer’s Life for Me. She will host two readings, one at 10:30AM and the other 11:30AM. Books will be available for purchase throughout the event. Roxanna will also bring kid’s crafts and coloring activities to enjoy.

You and your family can enjoy our HPF farm animals like Christaphine, the donkey, and Martha and Betty, the goats. We will also have our baby chicks on display!

Other fun on the farm includes our Farm Store filled with Raw Honey, Organic Vegetables, and other locally made items. The HPF Farm Store will be open at 9AM on Saturday, March 31st.
