Kombucha has made its way from a strange beverage to almost a cult following now. People need their daily dose of their “Buch” as they lovingly refer to this effervescent drink. But who can afford over $3 a bottle?
You will learn to make your own “Continuous Brew” kombucha, along with many tasty variations, for only a fraction of the cost. Kombucha is a fermented tea which is believed to have originated thousands of years ago and was known in China as “Tea or Immortality.” It has been used in Eastern Europe, Russia and Japan for several centuries and in the past decade has become a staple in many Americans probiotic regimen.
You will receive everything you need to start and continuously brew your own Kombucha. I will also provide you with a variety of recipes for second fermentations – this is where you can experiment with different teas, fruits, herbs and spices to make your own signature brew.
