Community Supported Agriculture

What is a CSA?

CSA stands for “Community Supported Agriculture.” When you become a CSA Member, you’re purchasing a “share” of organic vegetables from our farm. Each week you’ll pick up your share in a box filled with Seasonal, Organic Vegetables grown right here on our farm. If you want local produce direct from your farmer, then a CSA is the way to go.

But our Our CSA program is so much more than providing you with a box full of beautiful vegetables. By joining our CSA we share our joy and, yes, even the concerns of farming with you. Community supported agriculture is one of the best ways to build a sense of community and support for your local farmer.

By investing in a Community Supported Agriculture share you will experience some of the best food from our Certified Organic farm. Adding fresh, nutrient-rich produce to your diet is one of the simplest ways to support your local farmers at Heritage Prairie Farm.

At Heritage Prairie Farm we are truly passionate about what we do. We take pride in how we grow our Certified Organic Produce. We protect and build our soil by following organic growing methods. It is our top priority to never use any chemicals or practices that harm Mother Nature.

CSA Members also receive 10% off Monthly Farm Dinner tickets, a tote bag to carry their veggies, and weekly email newsletters with updates about the farm and special CSA recipes.
